Description

Monoclinic form of BiPO4 phase has been prepared based on the reaction of Bi3+ and PO43− ions in ethylene glycol medium at 185°C. Monoclinic BiPO4 forms random solid solutions with lanthanide phosphates having monoclinic structure as confirmed by XRD and 31P solid state nuclear magnetic resonance studies
