Formation of light-Λ-hypernuclei via (stopped K-, π) reactions

Description
The ratio of production rates Λ4H*/Λ4H from stopped K- reaction on 7Li is estimated with a simple direct reaction model. The ratio with π0 emission is obtained to be 0.2 as a preliminary value by using a t-matrix only with a spin-nonflip amplitude. (author)
