Description
The quality of superconducting cavity resonators depends greatly on the surface quality of the cavities. The invention describes a process for the manufacture of superconducting cavity resonators with improved surface quality, where cavity resonators of complicated shape with cavities coated with NbN can be produced. Die Guete supraleitender Hohlraumresonatoren haengt sehr stark von der Oberflaechenqualitaet der Kavitaeten ab. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung supraleitender Hohlraumresonatoren mit verbesserter Oberflaechenqualitaet, wobei auch kompliziert geformte Hohlraumresonatoren mit NbN-beschichteten Kavitaeten realisiert werden koennen.
