Description
The paper presents comparative data on biodistribution of HPD in normal tissues of mice and in transplanted spontaneous mammary tumor. We applied radiometric method for studying this problem. HPD was labelled with 65Zn and then was intravenously injected into mouse. Then, the radioactivity of different tissues was measured. Our results indicate that HPD reaches greater concentration in tumor than in other tissues. The highest HPD concentration in tumor develops within the first few hours after its administration. This is the best time for phototherapy in the application in the treatment of mammary tumor. (author). 10 refs, 1 fig., 1 tab
