Magnetic resonance imaging of cervical spinal cord lesions by superconducting 0.35 Tesla unit

Description
Magnetic Resonance Imaging studies of nine patients of cervical spine disorders (six cases of syringomyelia, two cases of spinal tumor, and one case of disc herniation) were done at 0.35T. MRI at 0.35T had excellent potentials in diagnosis of spinal lesions. Especially, the surface coil imagings showed the best quality for the diagnosis of the lesions. Several different pulse sequences were also analysed in these lesions. (author)
