By force of this Decree, the condition of agreement between the Czechoslovak Atomic Energy Commission and the Federal Ministry of Fuels and Power when determining the degree of protection and the corresponding protective zone for constructions involving nuclear facilities, is deleted. The Decree entered into force on 17 July 1992. (J.B.)
