Sorption of non-rare-earth additives from solutions of rare-earth elements by sorbents on the base of hydrated oxides of multivalent metals

  • 1. Leningrad Technological Institute, Leningrad(Russian Federation)

Description

This article presents study of sorption of two- and trivalent metals from salts solutions of rare-earth elements, containing different concentration of macro- and micro components by hydrated oxides of multivalent metals: zirconium (zirconium hydroxide), tin (tin hydroxide), titanium (titanium hydroxide). In static conditions the dependencies of sorption of studied ions on ph medium are defined. It is found, that absorption of iron and silicon increases with ph increasing.
