Peculiarities of electronic properties of GdZnxCu1-x compounds on base of GdCu antiferromagnet
Description
(0 ≤ x ≤ 0.2) concentration and (2 ≤ T ≤ 700 K) temperature dependences of electric resistance, Hall effect, magnetic susceptibility and heat capacity are analyzed. Substitution of zinc bivalent atoms for copper single-valent ones is shown to result in stabilization of unstable structure state of GdCu accompanied by anomalous variation of GdZnxCu1-x (x ≤ 0.07) intermetallic compound electron features
