Mobile-copper diffusion coefficient in p- and n-type conductivity Bi2Te3 monocrystals
Description
Copper diffusion coefficient in lamellar n-type conductivity Bi2Te3 monocrystals in investigated under a change of sample conductivity type. A notable growth of mobile copper diffusion coefficient (up to 10-4 cm2/s) is detected in crystals mar the point of conversion
