Brokdorf nuclear power station: Construction scheduling and deadline control

Description

Scheduling, especially deadline control, for all installations of the Brokdorf nuclear power station was carried out centrally by the Project Management of Kraftwerk Union AG. 130 timetables encompassing some 13,000 activities were handled, which were interconnected and linked to 189 timetables (approx. 18,000 activities) from various specialized sections by means of data processing systems. Much space in time scheduling was taken by controls of software processing, especially of the preliminary inspection documents in the piping sector and of working documents for construction management in the control systems area. Abstract (German)

Die Terminplanung und insbesondere die Terminverfolgung und deren Kontrolle fuer die Gesamtanlage des Kernkraftwerkes Brokdorf wurde zentral in der Projektleitung der Kraftwerk Union AG durchgefuehrt. Hier wurden 130 Terminplaene mit ca. 13.000 Aktivitaeten gefuehrt, die untereinander und mit 189 Terminplaenen (ca. 18.000 Aktivitaeten) aus den Fachbereichen datenverarbeitungstechnisch verknuepft waren. Einen grossen Raum der Terminbearbeitung nahm die Kontrolle der Software-Bearbeitung, insbesondere der Vorpruefunterlagen des Rohrleitungsbereiches und von Arbeitsunterlagen fuer die Bauleitung des Leittechnikbereiches, ein.
