Description
The principle of the Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (ENDXRF) analysis with low power energy X-ray tube is explained, the experimental procedure of ENDXRF is described, and its applications for both qualitative and quantitalive estimates of trace elements in a variety of samples are outlined with illustrations.
