Study of excited states of a 8Be nucleus in the correlative experiment

Description
Results of investigation of excited levels of 8Be obtained from the analysis of αα-coincidence matrices for the 12C(α, αα) 8Be reaction at the α-particle's energy of 27.2 MeV are presented. Information about the energy position and width of excited levels of 8Be is derived from Q-spectra which were calculated through the energy of the third particle (8Be) obtained by using the laws of conservation of energy and momentum
