This report of the parliamentary office for evaluation of scientific and technological choices bearing on the safety and security of nuclear installations is divided into 4 parts bearing on: the castings of IAEA in 1991-1992, the safety of nuclear installations in Central Europe (Czechoslovakia and Bulgaria) the safety in developing countries and new industrial countries (Taiwan and Romania), safety and security: a first approach
