Relationships of aΛ1 to aΛ4 and asub(r) for low alloy steels
Description
Relationships between aΛ1 and aΛ4 values of impact strength determining for''Menagee''and''Charpy''type samples respectively and asub(p) value characterizing work of crack propagation are presented. Values of impact strength for cast tubes of Cr12MoV steels are given. It was concluded that the mentioned relationships are useful only when analyzing metal of reactor vessels subjected to heat treatment including quenching and annealing
