Effect of edge dislocation motion on its sink strength for point defects
Description
Effect of edge dislocation motion on point defect flows to it has been investigated. It is shown that motion accountancy together with elastic field accountancy results in the increase of dislocation absorptivity asymmetry with respect to point defects of various kinds
