Fragment angular moments and 252Cf spontaneous fission dynamics

Description
The coincident instantaneous γ-quanta of the 252Cf spontaneous fission are studied. Angular moments of fragments are determined for the first time, depending on the multiplicity and mass of the neutrons for the Mo-Ba and Ce-Zr fissions. It is established, that there exists no regular growth of the angular moment value with growth of the number of fragments, evaporated by neutrons. The results are analyzed within the frames of the model for forming the angular moment on the account of the nucleus bend oscillations in the point of rupture
Abstract (Russian)
Исследовались совпадающие мгновенные γ-кванты спонтанного деления 252Cf. Впервые определены угловые моменты осколков в зависимости от множественности нейтронов и массы для Mo-Ba- и Ce-Zr-разделений. Обнаружено, что нет регулярного роста значения углового момента с увеличением числа испаренных осколками нейтронов.
