International Co-operation in the field of reference materials
Description
International co-operation in the field of reference materials is reviewed, beginning with the first meeting for that purpose, held in Washington at NBS in May 1969. It is emphasized that further and more intense efforts are necessary. Especially, information is required about available and still needed reference materials, as also about standardization, certification procedures and terminology. (orig.)

Die bisherigen Fortschritte in der internationalen Zusammenarbeit auf diesem Gebiet werden diskutiert, beginnend mit der ersten zu diesem Zweck veranstalteten Konferenz, die im Mai 1969 beim National Bureau of Standards in Washington stattfand. Es wird betont, dass weitere und intensivere Bemuehungen um Zusammenarbeit notwendig sind. Informationen werden gebraucht ueber bereits verfuegbare und noch erforderliche Referenzmaterialien, sowie ueber Standardisierung, Zertifizierungsverfahren und Terminologie. (orig.)Additional details
