Description
Using stereo atomscope, the atomic stereo-photographs of Cu(0 0 1) single crystal were obtained, and the three-dimensional atomic arrangements of four nearest neighbour layers were observed successfully. Stereo atomscope is certified to be efficient in providing structure models for structure analysis
