Improvements in the radiation monitoring system of Beijing Electron-Positron Collider

  • 1. Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing (China)

Description

The shortcomings of the radiation monitoring system of Beijing Electron-Positron Collider and the improvements aimed at the shortcomings are summarized in this paper. The improved system can monitor and display real-time dose level at the radiated field. The monitor data can be transferred to the area network of IHEP. Moreover the communication ability between man and system is increased greatly. (author)
