Frequency distribution and dynamical structure factor of a metallic glass

Description
Neutron inelastic scattering techniques are a well established method for the investigation of the atomic dynamics of crystals, but have not often been applied to study the atomic motions in amorphous metals. We are reporting first results from the determination of the dynamic structure factor (scattering law) and the generalized frequency distribution of the metallic glass Ca70Mg30 and the same sample after crystallization
