Preparation of Nb doped PZT solid solutions by wet chemical method

Description
A coprecipitation method was used to prepare Nb-doped PZT powders. The method, based in two stage calcination of the constituents, uses Pb O, Ti O2, Zr O2 and N2 O5 as precursors. Our results show that this method can be useful on preparation of multicomponent ceramic powders. (author)
