Electron-stimulated desorption of barium atom from oxidized tungsten surface
- 1. AN SSSR, Leningrad (Russian Federation). Fiziko-Tekhnicheskij Inst.
Description
Electron-induced desorption of barium atoms from tungsten oxidized surface has been studied using a time-of-flight facility. It has been shown for the first time that barium is adsorbed on oxidized tungsten at T-77 both in chemisorbed and physadsorbed stateswhile EID of barium atoms occurs over three channels of electron ecitation
