Description
This document contains some generalities and administrative pieces related to the declaring company, the mining concession and the reason for statement of termination. A second part presents the geographical situation, the landscape and topography, the climate, and the hydrological and hydrogeological context. The third part recall and describe underground mining works, surface works, surface mining facilities, water management, measures undertaken at the end of works, the administrative situation of works and installations with respect to the definitive termination procedure. The next chapter proposes an assessment of effects of mining works and of their termination on surface ground stability (history, risk analysis, gas emissions, and so on). The last parts address an assessment of health effects of mining works and their termination, the control of impacts on the environment, the conditions of hydraulic works.
