An Abelian and Tauberian theorem for the Stieltjes transform of generalized functions

Description
Using the technique of quasi-asymptotics, the asymptotic relations are described for the Stieltjes transform of generalized functions. The Tauberian condition given here is more general than the assumption by which the Stieltjes original is a nonnegative measure. Examples are given. (author). 16 refs
