Abstract (French)

Les accelerateurs lineaires a protons et a ions lourds sont etudies. Contrairement aux electrons, les protons, et a plus forte raison, les ions lourds restent longtemps non-relativistes dans un accelerateur. Le confinement radial et longitudinal, des particules, leur acceleration et leur production, sont autant de problemes a resoudre. Dans cet article, les solutions auxquelles on arrive aujourd'hui sont decrites et illustrees avec quelques exemples de realisation
