Method for computer processing of X-ray diffraction films

Description
System of image processing was developed to improve quantitative analysis of X-ray films. The system consists of projection scanner, personal computer and software. It enables to solve some X-ray diffraction problems, as well as in the case of using two-coordinate detectors and photoluminescent plates. Processing of X-ray diffraction patterns of samples of CuCr2S4 spinel, C60 fullerene and diamond powder was conducted. 5 refs., 3 figs
