The risk assessment of nuclear fuel transportation based on adjoint method

Description
The transportation of nuclear fuel (including wasted fuel) is a systematic project which combines with high cooperation, high vigilance, high meticulousness, high protection and high risk. One of all the aspects is multi- scheme. According to the request of optimization to forecast the workability and risk value of every schemes it provides the a scheme of low risk and price, that is the optimal scheme. Because of the uncertainty of the place where nuclear accident happened. If we assess every point by routine methods, we will confront measureless calculation. The article transmutes the risk function by Adjoint method and provides the every point risk value by study out the Adjoint equation, which debases the calculation and evaluates the risk rapidly and then gives the optimal scheme which reduces the harmful quantity. This method has scientific value upon the nuclear fuel transportation scheme. (authors)
