Description
As a carrier for MRI contrast agent, active targeting liposome demonstrates distinct advantages in tumor diagnosis and treatment due to its characteristics of biocompatibility, non-toxicity and targeting ability. Tumor targeting imaging with liposome labeled with molecular recognition system, or liposome sensitive to pH value or temperature is a popular research topic. The application of various types of active targeting liposome for tumor magnetic resonance imaging is reviewed in this review. (authors)
