Ultrasonic testing process for finding defects by the oblique incidence technique with capture after reflexion, comprising the application of an ultrasonic signal at one point of an accessible face of the item and the detection of the testing signal at a second point of the same face after the test signal has been transmitted through the substance of the item and reflected in a small area of another opposite face
