Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O coatings on the monocrystal gallium-gadolinium-garnet substrates of different orientation
Description
Use of substrates from gallium-gadolinium garnet (GGG) for fabrication of high-temperature superconducting films is perspective in a microelectronics. By method of hardening from melt with subsequent annealing the high-temperature superconducting bismuth-containing coatings on the GGG monocrystal substrates with (110) and (111) orientation were made. Is shown the best coatings with maximum Tk0 and higher textured structure are made on (110) GGG substrate. Use of Bi2Sr2CuOy buffer layer improves the properties of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O coatings on GGG substrates. 3 figs., 13 refs
