Effect of sterilizing doses of gamma radiation on physicochemical properties of freeze-dried ascites
Description
The effects of gamma radiation on the solubility and electrophoretic spectrum of proteins from freeze-dried human ascites were studied. Radiosterilization with 2.5 Mrads was found to clearly change the solubility and electrophoretic spectrum and so is unsuitable for this material. (author)
