Distortion of angular distributions of cascades in X-ray emulsion chambers in measurement of angles in two-layer X-ray films with a stereomicroscope

Description
It is shown that measurements of cascade angles by stereomicroscope, neglecting deviation of optical axes of microscope stereopair from the vertical line, are not correct and may distort sufficiently the azimuthal and zenith distribution of cascades, detected by two-layer X-ray films in X-ray emulsion chambers. 6 refs., 4 figs., 1 tab
