Description
The spectroscopic properties of Pr3+ and Eu3+ doping two lanthanum chlorotungstate matrices LaWO4Cl (1-1) and La3WO6Cl3 (3-1) have been investigated, in order to simulate their energy levels schemes within the crystal field theory frame. The simulation is carried out by including the 14 non-zero crystal field parameters (cfps), corresponding to the C5, point symmetry of the rare earth site
