Superconductivity and component distribution in thin indium-doped layers of PbzSn1-zTe

Description
Distribution of components by depth of films obtained due to thermal spraying of mixture of binary compound and solid solution alloyed by indium: Sn1-xInxTe and (PbzSn1-z)1-xInxTe - on mica, is studied using Auger-spectroscopy. Enrichment of In and Te of film near-the-surface layer at simultaneous reduction of Sn (and Pb) is detected. Superconducting parameters of films turned to be close to optimal ones for volumetric specimens due to variable as to film depth ratio between In, Pb and Te concentrations determining Sc properties of substance
