Description
The amorphous Gesub(x)Sesub(1-x) bulk sample with a composition of 0.1 <= x <= 0.5 were prepared by the melt and quenching method. The A.C. conductivity of each sample was investigated at the frequency range from 50 KHz up to 20 MHz, and the temperature range from 1230K up to room temperature. The conductivity varied as σ approximately ωsup(n), where n was 0.82 approximately 0.96 depending on the composition ratio. At the low temperaure of 1230K the frequency dependence changes from ωsup(1.15) to ωsup(1.20) by the composition ratio. However as a result of annealing the value of exponent decreased to 0.80 approximately 0.93 at room temperature and decreased to 1.10 approximately 1.23 at 1230K. (author)
