An elementary construction of the projection operator for subdynamics

Description
In the strategy of the Brussel's School, the central objects for passing from Liouville to a kinetic-type equation are the operators of subdynamics PI e PI-circum flex. There have been two lines of thought in the construction of those operators. In this letter, an approach which describes the existence of two other additional projection operators V and C satisfying V + C = 1, is presented. (author)
