Use of the atomic emission spectroscopy method for estimation of the stoichiometric ratios of elements in high-temperature superconducting materials based on Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O
- 1. St. Petersburg Univ. (Russian Federation)
Description
The present work contains results of a study carried out to investigate the optimal conditions for recording the emission spectrum in the determination of the stoichiometric ratios of elements in high-temperature superconducting (HTSC) materials. The atomic emission spectroscopy (AES) method was used for the Bi-Sr-Ca-O HTSC system. The AES method is compared to chemical analysis, with close agreement between the two types of analysis
