Metal-nonmetal junction in composite materials on the basis of molybdenum dioxide and barium boronmolybdate glass

Description
The general tendencies for change in resistivity (ρ) of polyphase MoO2-bariumboronmolybdate glass system with according to concentration of MoO2 are noted. Transition from nonmetallic conduction to metallic type is realized in the range of 3.5-7.5 mas.% MoO2. High distinctions in ρ of specimens with approximating concentrations of MoO2 are evidenced in transition range
