Transient studies on BRENDA--a breeder reactor model
Description
The paper deals with the transient studies on a Liquid Metal Fast Breeder Reactor (LMFBR) digital simulator called BRENDA. A new three-region steam drum model has been developed which compares favorably with experimental data. The response of this new version of BRENDA yields an improved comparison with those predicted by SSC-L, another LMFBR CODE. 8 refs
