Description

At Ohi Power Station Unit No. 2, during operation at the 100% output (1,175 MW), a high alarm on B main steam line monitor (N-16 monitor: R-66H) actuated on February 25, 1995 due to B-Steam Generator (S/G) tube leakage. Then the reactor was manually shut down. The results of the investigation of S/G tube leakage and countermeasures are shown in this report
