What have we learned about nuclear structure from heavy-ion reactions ion reactions
Description
Interesting and urgent problems in nuclear physics are discussed. Such problems are the following: how large is the radius of neutron distribution, where do we have evidence of the short-range correlation, what are the constituents of nuclei, transitions from spherical to deformed nuclei. (author)
