Description

Commercial ion accelerator with ∼1 MV accelerating voltage, based on standard electron accelerator of ELV type with changed accelerating voltage sign is described. Electron gun is replaced for electrohydrodynamical ion source and ion beam shaping system is installed. The 1.15 MeV energy and 0.1 mA current beam is produced
