Description

The secondary emission electrons are emitted by electronic system surface and so this emission phenomenon mirrors the characteristic properties of this system. A surface is interface of two phases: gas and solid. As result of this interaction a film are formed on the surface of the body with its specific electronic structure. Experimentally and theoretically it was weakly studied. The adequate ideas about this electronic structure had enabled to operate by the surface properties what is importantly for sciences and practices. The problems such as adsorptions, catalysis, corrosion, the development and manufacture reliable and with setting properties of semiconductor instruments, durability of the construction materials are included. This paper presents the anomaly secondary emission from the surface containing the film with adsorption molecules and atoms of gas. It shows the original properties of the electron system of this film. The observing anomalous takes place at quite weak electric fields (about 103 V/cm). Field electron emission appears with >>106 V/cm tensions. By authors opinion The explanation of this anomalous requires using of special theoretical quantum mechanical elaborations
