Description
The penetration parameters for four M1 transitions in both 191Ir and193Ir are evaluated using the L-subshell internal-conversion data. These penetration parameters are compared with the theoretical values calculated for different deformation parameters, in the framework of Nilsson's model. The structure of the low-lying levels is discussed
