Thermal stability of ammonium pertechnetates in argon and ammonia
Description
Thermal stability of ammonium pertechnetate has been studied in an argon atmosphere within the temperature range of 20-740 deg C by the thermal, thermogravimetric, and X-ray phase analyses. The temperature boundaries of NH4TcO4 decomposition and the solid phase composition have been determined. Thermal stability of NH4TcO4 in a mixture of argon with ammonia has been studied, and the principal possibility of producing technecium nitrides at 300-500 deg C is shown
