Description

The process of pumping the forbidden electron-nuclear transitions for hydrogen and nitrogen atoms in a para-H2 crystal is studied. The data on the diffusion rate of H atoms near orthomolecules and on the spin diffusion rate of N atoms are obtained. The nuclear relaxation rate of ortho-H2 near a hydrogen atom is found
