Requirements to be met by the stationary NPP monitoring systems for measuring accidental emissions and immission
Description
The instrumentation needs for accident management can only be satisfied with a complex monitoring and emergency measuring system. Such a system has to incorporate the necessary instrumentation and measuring channels for registration of both technological and radiological parameters. What has to be taken into account is not only the correctness of measuring ranges and measuring conditions, but also the reliability of measurements. The lecture discusses these metrological aspects to be taken into account with the example of stationary systems in PWRs of the type WWER-440, for measuring accidental emissions and airborne pollution. Die Aufgaben der Unfallinstrumentierung sind nur mit einem komplexen Stoerfallmesssystem zu loesen. Darunter ist zu verstehen, dass die notwendige Instrumentierung Messkanaele sowohl zur Erfassung technologischer als auch radiologischer Parameter umfasst. Neben Messbereichen und Messbedingungen sind weiterhin die Richtigkeit und Zuverlaessigkeit der Messungen zu betrachten. Im folgenden werden diese metrologischen Gesichtspunkte an den stationaeren Systemen zur Messung stoerfallbedingter Emissionen und Immissionen diskutiert, wobei Druckwasserreaktoren vom Typ WWER-440 zugrunde gelegt werden.
