Description
Metal implantation by means of monochromatic radiation can lead to the formation of metastable phases and completely disorded alloys. Investigation into concentration profiles of a number of implanted metals and structural changes has been carried on by the method of proton backscattering after the effect of powerful monochromatic radiation
