A study of dose-effect of ion beam implanted tyrosine

A Special dose effect, deviating from traditional theory, of tyrosine implanted by low energy N+ ion beam has been found. Its mechanism is discussed and a mathematical expression is deduced to reflect the importance of the mass deposit effect
