On reasons of Fe-Cr-Ni alloy hardening at low temperatures
Description
Investigation of temperature dependences of shear critical stress τ0 in Kh18N20 and Kh18N25 alloy monocrystals is conducted within 300...4.2 K temperature interval. A sufficient increase of τ0, which is not typical for fcc - crystals, is found under temperature decrease up to 4.2 K. Possible reasons for low-temperature hardening of Fe-Cr-Ni-alloys are analysed
